Becoming a Possibility Manager requires a strong character, a willingness to face change, and a tacit understanding of the necessity for change. Possibility Manager Certification will midwife the unfolding of your potential as a leader and as a human being.

Purpose and Benefit:                                                                                                                          
Possibility Management develops the already existing potential buried under conditioning, habits, the supposed circumstances or fears. Among other things you learn:
• to detect your original feelings, to admit them and eventually use them as an energy source to make things happen.
• to create clarity and to be centered and grounded.
• to realize that not the situation itself is the problem but the assessment of the situation.
• to not wait for opportunities but to generate them.
• to live relationships authentically.
• to function in the midst of chaos.
• to fully communicate using voice and body.
• to distinguish between the energy and the information of a conversation to stay in relationship with others without being hit    by the energy of their words.
• to make boundaries.

Possibility Management provides tools and techniques to live authentically human on earth in the 21st Century.

Method:
There is an immense difference between knowing what should be changed and actually changing. During personal development work deep changing processes occur. Implementing new behavior in everyday life does not happen instantly. As opposed to intellectual learning, which can be quick, behavior changes require repeated practice in a safe environment with ongoing feedback and coaching over an extended period of time. Our experience shows that it takes 30 training days to embody the tools of Possibility Management so that they can be long lastingly, automatically and effectively applied in life.

Practically the trainings consist of two parts. One part is learning and practicing the tools and techniques from Possibility Management. The other part is learning to respond to what the space requires. Every participant experiences those processes which are most valuable for him personally. That is why our trainings are very unusual, exciting and different every time. We work individually, in pairs, in small groups and as a whole group. The learning from each laboratory can be implemented immediately in everyday life.

Parallel to the trainings you are encouraged to practice leading smaller training units yourself. These include Study Groups, Rage Clubs, Possibility Teams, or Meeting Technologies for organizations where you can actually start making money.
