Unless evolution has radically changed its ways, we are facing an explosion of societal diversity and complexity hundreds of times greater than we now experience or can yet imagine. If we think to perpetuate the old ways, we should try to recall the last time evolution rang our number and asked consent.: www.chaordic.org

Traditional meetings can be terribly inefficient and often serve to decrease rather than increase co-creating. Implementing new meeting methods is in order. Emerging new meeting technologies have characteristics in common and also unique differences. One common characteristic is the need for a trained space-holder to navigate and insure that the meeting uses the principles and values of the new meeting technology. Training space holders with the ability to navigate is a specialty of Callahan Academy www.callahan-academy.com/en/possibility-trainer-zertifizierung.php .
Here is a quote from Dr. Charles M. Savage, www.kee-inc.com , author of the book, 5th Generation Management: "In the early 1990s, while attending a meeting of the Intellectual Capital Pioneers, a group brought together by Leif Edvinsson together with Juanita Brown and David Isaacs, we were looking for another way to arrange the room. At the suggestion of using small tables, Juanita said, 'Wonderful, we will put checkered table clothes on them and have a World Café.' Juanita has gone on to do her doctorate on the topic of “The World Café, Living Knowledge through Conversations that Matter,” and out of this has been born the World Café movement www.theworldcafe.com.
Link to Rick Carson, author of the book Taming Your Gremlin, www.tamingyourgremlin.com. Rick originally published his book in 1983. It is unbelievable but on a cold drizzly night in early November 1997, while cruising the streets of Freiburg, Germany in a convertible Mercedes Benz with the top down, Clinton Callahan collaborated with three assistant trainers and although none of them had ever heard of Rick Carson's ideas, they discovered the existence of the Gremlin structure in every human being and gave it the identical name!!! For years Clinton explored and taught about the concept of Gremlin in his trainings in the USA and Europe, and incorporated it into his Map Of Possibility. Then on 13 January 2005, Alfred Fisches, a graduate of the Possibility Manager Certification Program, found a used copy of Rick Carson's original book and gave a photocopy to Clinton as a surprise gift. Since then Clinton recommends Taming Your Gremlin as important study material for Possibility Managers and Possibility Trainers alike, and feels very grateful for Rick Carson's work.
