Possibility Trainer Labs provide you with the skills and experience to incorporate the tools and techniques of Possibility Management in your own field of training work. For example you will start to use Four Body Learning. Four Body Learning retains knowledge in the whole body as a physical, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual reference-experience rather than only in the mind as a memory. Return On Investment in trainings comes from behavior change. Trainings that contain Four Body Learning produce immediate and long lasting behavior change.

Trainers vs. Educators:
Businesses need both educators and trainers. But there is a big difference between serving as an educator and serving as a trainer.

Possibility Trainer Certification includes self-reflection and personal development. Support materials include the Possibility Trainer Handbook with over 30 processes, reading and video lists, and personal coaching sessions.

Method:
We could go on and on with details of how we will give you an outstanding trainer training. But here is the bottom line: we have the skills and experience to do whatever it takes for you to step into undiscovered territory for yourself so that your work wakes up and comes alive with sparks and explosions. Every individual requires personal attention to unravel the knots in their self-generated worldview. We will give you that attention. Inner barriers block us from being an authority, being successful, or being a leader. Carefully bringing you through your barriers is our expertise and gives you greater access to your true joyous effective capacity. In the Labs we will work individually, in pairs, in small groups and as a whole group. 20% theoretical context and 80% action with frequent peer coaching and trade-secrets “shop talk” sessions. You will personally take more and more responsibility for running actual training processes.

Prerequisites:
This training is reserved for professional trainers, consultants and coaches with at least two years of professional experience or successful completion of the 30-day Possibility Manager Certification.

Costs:
€ 1.500,-- per person per Trainer Lab plus tax. (Meals and lodging included).

Trainer Laboratory
